Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced human resource professional possessing a high work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision, reporting to the Division’s Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line to corporate’s Vice President of Human Resources. A good communicator, able to handle a variety of different tasks including recruiting. Our recent rocket growth has created numerous new positions that we need to fill and at the same time we need to develop our human resource infrastructure. The right individual will be a business partner to the management team; and instrumental in enhancing our culture, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
 

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including: employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits administration, training, employment, labor relations, and affirmative action programs.

Build effective partnerships with employees, managers and corporate leaders to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Manage all aspects of the recruiting process including job requisitions, posting, sourcing, screening and processing all candidates.
Develop and update all current and future job descriptions.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Respond and investigate employee relation issues in a timely, professional, accurate manner.
Facilitate and/or provide training to the workforce.
Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
Oversee visa and immigration needs.
Conduct new hire orientation.
Benefits administration for all insurance coverage, 401K plan, ESPP, PFL, FMLA, COBRA and other company sponsored programs.
Conduct wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rates.
Work with corporate to evaluate and suggest new benefit or compensation structures or changes to existing plans.
Consult with managers and staff on performance management and employee relations issues.
Respond to questions from employees regarding programs, policies and procedures.
Maintain personnel files.

Requirements:

Required:

o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
o 7+ years Human Resources Generalist experience.
o 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience.
o Experience in benefits administration, compensation, and commission plan structures.
o Thorough knowledge of State and Federal labor laws.
o Experience training and coaching managers and employees on all levels of Human Resources related issues.
o Proficient personal computer skills.

Preferred:

o High tech industry experience.
o Government security clearance.
o PHR or SPHR certification.

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong windows application developer to join our Software Application team.

Responsibilities:

 

Analyze, design and develop software solutions for biometric identity management, such as biometric recognition algorithms, biometric search engines, biometric data collection, and hardware integration.

Design and develop graphical user interface (GUI) software applications for Microsoft Windows Platform.

Develop database application for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Write test plan and validate software applications.

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with coursework in biometric systems, digital image processing, and pattern recognition.

  • 6 months of experience in job offered including the development of biometric algorithms.

    Senior System Hardware Engineer
    Job Description:

    System design and validation of cutting-edge handheld products that will incorporate biometrics security for identifying people. Previous design work with cameras and imagers for iris, facial and fingerprint recognition are desirable for this job
    Responsible for specification, design, development, and debug of state-of-the-art board level systems using X86 processors latest handheld low power silicon chip products.
    Contributes system and board level engineering expertise to specification and design of the latest complex handheld products.

    Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of microprocessor based systems
  • Familiarity with ASIC design flow, FPGA design flow & System partitioning
  • Proficiency with board-level layout and schematic tools such as OrCad/Power PCB/Cadence Allegro/ Cadence concept/PADS
  • Efficient in board-level hardware schematic design, debugging and validation
  • Manage detailed review of schematics
  • Strong ability to read through data-sheets, timing diagrams, documentation, and understand how a full system works

    Electronics Technician
    Job Description:
    Support electrical and systems engineering projects
    Support the hardware engineering team which will be performing system design and validation of cutting-edge handheld products that will incorporate biometrics security for identifying people
    Support the evaluation of hardware alternatives, and integration design activities for component technology integration including GPS, analog RF, MRTD, fingerprint sensors, digital cameras and related technologies
    Build, debug, and test prototype circuits, sub-systems, and test fixtures
    Assist engineers with design and analysis tasks
    Use test equipment, including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, noise figure meter, logic analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.
    Create documentation, including schematics, diagrams, bills of material, test procedures, etc.

    Requirements:

  • AA degree in electronics or equivalent
  • Minimum Five years of experience
  • Experience with RF circuitry
  • Relevant experience building, debugging, and testing prototype circuits, sub-systems, and test fixtures
  • Experienced in the use of test equipment, including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, noise figure meter, logic analyzer, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Relevant experience in the creation of documentation, including schematics, diagrams, bills of material, test procedures, etc.
  • Relevant experience assisting engineers with design and analysis tasks
